2019: After the Fall of New York (1983)
Kind of one of the best movies ever made . Naturally one of my favorite Italian films would be a knock off of Escape From New York . Oddly enough Children Of Men is a bad rip off of this movie .

Escape from New York (1981)
As always watching this is like comfort food.Just picked up the new blu-ray and it is rather lackluster.While the image is better than the UK edition that I have,it still has too many blurs around the edges.The fact that the movie has no special features at all is a joke.For whatever reason the fantastic audio commentary with John Carpenter and Kurt Russell will have to stay on my special edition dvd.
